Phase Two:

Face To Face

We do a comprehensive face-to-face interview with all candidates.
Note: Candidates are encouraged to bring ALL required documents. We do not accept expired documents.

Phase Three:

Reference Check & Final Approval

We perform a reference check with your employer within the last two years. In addition, as part of the reference/background check process, we conduct:

• Criminal Justice Information System Background Check (CJIS – State & Federal)
• Eligibility Verification (e-verify)
• Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Clearance

Phase Four:

Orientation and Onboarding

After successfully going through all the prior phases, you will meet with CPS’ Human Resource Department for onboarding orientation and to introduce the mission of our agency which is providing excellent care to enhance the lives of our clients.

Phase Five:

Training

You will be provided hands-on training as well as enrollment in our educational learning paths to earn certificates in different specialty care like Dementia.
